Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
